90 Min Thai Massage on table or mat. Seated, prone, supine and side lying positions help to work the muscles from different angles and approaches. Deep tissue work really gets the knots out. Great for both bodybuilders and lithe, yoga bodies.

My Thai Massage training started in Chiang Mai, Thailand. After taking a course there at the renowned Sunshine Massage School, I completed massage therapy school in Miami, Florida. I continued my education in Vedic Thai techniques at the Vedic Conservatory and also at Lotus Palm in Montreal.
I am dedicated to promoting well being through the art of Thai massage. With a strong commitment to holistic healing, I aim to provide clients with a rejuvenating, healing experience that balances both mind and body. I understand the importance of recovery and bring years of experience and a deep understanding of traditional Thai massage techniques, tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
